WHAT TO EXPECT
After coaches go through the Leadership Academy, they can further their work in the Story Group where they will take a deeper dive into being mentally and emotionally healthy leaders. These groups, led by licensed facilitators with a sports background, will provide a space for you to become more aware of who you are so that you can offer more of yourself to those you lead. Groups will meet for an hour and a half during a designated time slot for 7 weeks.
