Welcome!
On this page you can find information on our COVID-19 programs. These virtual groups and events were started as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic in an effort to bring coaches together in a time of separation. Because we’ve seen an overwhelming response, we do hope to continue these programs even when life returns to normalcy. You can also stay up-to-date with our programs on our social media pages.

Virtual Programs

Webinars and Speaker Events

Larger programs allow us to capture a greater number of people with a shared interest at one given time. If you are looking for valuable content and a place to sit virtually in the same room as hundreds of other coaches – this is it.

Study Groups

All significant growth happens in small environments where like-minded leaders connect, share, and process great content together. If you are looking for a way to improve as a mentor to your players and a leader to your community in the midst of our Covid-culture – this is it.

Book Study Groups

Each Book Study Group will be focused on digging into its book while sharing tangible ideas and issues. The groups meet virtually for 1 hour during a designated time slot for 6 weeks.

**The limit per study group is 8 people.

“My time in the book study was life changing. Not only was the content rich, but the ability to connect with other coaches and share was amazing. The connections made will last a lifetime and our program will be better and lives will be transformed because of the time spent in this group.”

John Carey, Donelson Christian Academy

Process Groups

Process Groups are for coaches willing to take a deeper dive into being mentally and emotionally healthy leaders. These groups, led by trained facilitators who also come from a coaching background, will provide a space for you to become more aware of who you are so you can offer more of yourself to those you lead. Groups will meet for an hour and a half during a designated time slot for 6 weeks.

“This process group is a great way to realize how emotionally and mentally involved coaching is. It helped me to identify areas of my life that I need to work on to better serve my players as well as be able to meet my player where they are at.”

Karli Eubanks, Brentwood Academy

What other coaches and administrators have said:

As coaches, our relationship with our student-athletes carries great influence and great responsibility. Continued professional development as it is provided by Nashville Coaching Coalition is essential in being our best for the young people with whom we work.

-Elaine M Anton-Lotruglio, Bard College

I had no idea what I signed up for and had little expectations. Six weeks later I have more tools to serve my kids and a support system of loving and wise educators that were mere strangers 6 weeks ago. Thank you NCC!

-Don Griswold, Keystone Schools

NCC’s ability to provide these mental health sessions have changed my own mental health and equipped me to be more aware of the mental health of others. These sessions shaped me in a meaningful way both as a person and a leader.

-Taylor Hasty, Silverdale Baptist Academy
